BEACH DREAMS is a Luxury Holiday Caravan situated in a private location close to the Swimming Pool on the popular Sandhills Holiday Park in Mudeford Dorset.

IN NO TIME AT ALL you can walk out onto the seafront and take the path along to Mudeford Harbour and the Quay and follow the Smugglers Trail giving you an insight into the Dubious History of this Spectacular Area. A short ferry ride takes you across the Harbour to Mudeford Spit and the most expensive Beach Huts in the UK. Enjoy a meal at the Beach Cafe before travelling by Land Train up to the Information Centre on Hengisbury Head. Here you can admire the Wonderful views and learn about the History of this interesting area and its Importance in a past age.In the other direction is the Avon Beach with views to the Isle of Wight and beyond. Highcliffe Castle is within walking distance and there are opportunities for refreshments along the way.These delights are all reached without the need to jump in the car.

BEACH DREAMS also benefits from its own parking space alongside. It is close to (yet far enough away to ensure privacy) from the Clubhouse and Swimming Pool.

BEDLINEN is provided but you will need to bring TOWELS for your Personal use as well as in the Pool and on the BEACH.

BEACH DREAMS is very well designed to make best use of the accommodation. Guests are impressed by the Owners attention to detail and homely touches.

THE LOUNGE has a fireplace fitted with a coal-effect electric fire which can be remotely controlled.The built-in seating is generous and extremely comfortable and there are books and games for all ages in the built-in cabinets as well as a TV and plenty of DVDs for entertainment.

THE KITCHEN links onto the lounge and has a gas cooker as well as a microwave and a washing machine. There is ample cutlery and crockery as well as cooking equipment and other culinary aids. Washing up liquid and tea-towels are also provided along with kitchen roll, cling-film, foil and cleaning products. There is a supply of tea, coffee, cooking-oil, salt and vinegar in the cupboards for your use. Built in appliances include a fridge and freezer and the adjacent cupboard contains a clothes airer, an iron and ironing board, and a hoover.

THE DINING AREA is adjacent to the Kitchen and seats 4 comfortably. Like the kitchen it links directly into the lounge area.

THE MAIN BEDROOM has a generous king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom containing a bath with a fixed shower. This deceptively large space includes a toilet and wash-hand basin. The wardrobe contains extra throws and there is a Smart television on the chest-of-drawers.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has 2 comfortable single beds which can be pushed together to make a second double if required.

THE FAMILY BATHROOM has a surprisingly powerful shower and larger than average cubicle.
The cupboard next to the toilet houses the combi gas boiler which delivers hot water and heats the caravan when required. Toilet rolls, hand wash and toiletries are supplied in both bathrooms.

THE OUTSIDE decking area contains a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a sun-umbrella if required. It benefits from direct sun and is not shaded by the trees. There are 4 steps up onto the decking. The double doors in the lounge slide open to allow a good circulation when the weather is hot although you are advised to draw the curtains to keep the space as cool as possible when you are out.
